Foot Balance – creating bespoke crafted insoles from digital scanning of your feet, to aid in prevention of injuries, giving greater support and with the potential of enhancing performance.
What is the minimum investment?
You are required to invest a minimum of 30% of the overall cost of the business, by introducing as capital introduced, Depending on location, the average opening cost with working capital is between £35,000 to £40,000 (including the franchise fee of £15,000 plus vat )
Franchise agreement - is it negotiable?
No, however we advise you to take independent legal advice and we are happy to answer any further questions
What ongoing payments are made to Protecht360?
Management Service Fees are 10% of the Gross Turnover
National Marketing Levy is 2% of the Gross Turnover
What do I get with my money?
You will operate a franchise in a designated territory. Under the franchise agreement you will be able to trade under the Protecht360 Brand
You will receive extensive training prior to operating the business, with continued operational support & guidance
You will have all the marketing & branding materials and support for your launch
The investment includes working capital.
How long does it take to start operating
Initial training takes place monthly, once you have signed the franchise agreement, have funding in place – you will be trading immediately after the initial training
How long will I own the franchise for?
Franchise Term is for 10 years, prior to the end of that term, you will notify us of your intentions to renew and if you’re renewing there will be no franchise fee to pay.
What happens after 10 years?
If you renew, we continue as you are, if you don’t there will be various post termination clauses to adhere to
Will you train my team?
Protecht360 will continually provide training to the franchisee, key operational team members.
3rd Party companies such as Foot Balance & Mango Dental Labs will provide ongoing training and support to your team
What training will I be provided with?
In advance of your opening, we will provide full structured training for you as the franchisee such as Procedures, Operational, HR, Marketing and Team Building.
What can I earn?
As a limited company you will pay yourself a salary, then based upon the profits you can pay yourself dividends (most tax efficient way for you to take home profits) Your required salary will be built into a cashflow (depending on the amount required we may have to detail it extra in the business plan)
Am I able to enter a franchise with my business partner?
You can have a business partner who may be active or simply an investor, clear defined roles need to be clarified
What experience should you have to start a franchise with us?
We require someone who is a great customer interface, loving the sporting industry, efficient and great communicator
Investors can be those who support you financially or can take an active role of management or marketing.
What business opportunities are there in our franchise?
We have shared values; we want you to become successful and profitable within your franchise. Once you have achieved that there are other opportunities of becoming multi-site/territory franchisees
Can I use my own accountant?
We work with very experienced franchise accountants who are our recommended professionals. We recommend everyone to use their services. They are “Total Tax Solutions”.
